Workshop
We would like to inform you that the participant systems description proceedings paper submission site is open at SoftConf, which is the official conference management system of EMNLP-IJCNLP 2019.

Note that we will mostly use the policy of EMNLP-IJCNLP 2019, with only a few exceptions:
- We will take a single-blind review policy, which means authors do not hide their identity in their submissions, but reviewers’ identities will be blinded.
- Unlike the main conference of EMNLP-IJCNLP 2019, we will not accept supplementary materials.
Note also that Submissions can be for long (8 pages + references) or short papers (4 pages + references).
There will be oral and poster presentation sessions.

- Sep. 26: Camera-ready submission due.
- Nov. 3 or 4: Workshop in collocation with EMNLP-IJCNLP 2019 (Hong Kong).

Journal Special Issue
In previous experiences of shared task organization, it was observed that investigation is often continued after the workshop, based on new insights obtained through discussions during the workshop. The workshop functions as a venue for the different types of contributors, mainly task providers and solution providers, to meet together and exchange their experiences and insights. As a venue to compile the results of the follow-up investigation, a journal special issue will be organized to be published a few months after the workshop. The specific journal will be announced after negotiation with publishers.
