Publications

Teams sending predictions to the ToxHabits task will be invited to contribute a technical systems description paper for the BioCreative IX proceedings. Some of the proceedings articles can be regarded as highly relevant scientific contributions with considerable number of citations and impact in the field.

Each submission can be 4-6 pages of content plus one additional page for references and acknowledgements. The submitted papers must be written in English and in PDF format according to this template in Overleaf. Authors must change the \copyright command content to “2025” and the \conference command content to “Challenge and Workshop (BC9): Large Language Models for Clinical and Biomedical NLP, International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence (IJCAI), August 16–22, 2025, Montreal, Canada”.

All submitted papers will be peer reviewed. Submission will be accepted via the ChairingTool (we will update the link soon).
