SocialDISNER submissions will be ranked by Precision, Recall, and F1-score for each ENFERMEDAD [disease] mention extracted, where the <strong>spans overlap entirely<\/strong> (<strong>F1-score is the primary metric<\/strong>). A correct prediction must have the same beginning and ending offsets as the Gold Standard annotation<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evaluation dates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>July 11, 2022, midnight &#8211; \u00a0July 15, 2022, UTC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Submission format<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Participating teams will have to generate a *.tsv file with the annotations detected for each of the test documents according to the following column structure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>tweets_id<\/em>: Name of the file from which the disease mention has been extracted.<\/li><li><em>begin: <\/em>Character number where the detected mentions start.<\/li><li><em>end<\/em>:  Character number where the detected mention ends.<\/li><li><em>type<\/em>: In this case it will always be ENFERMEDAD<\/li><li><em>extraction:<\/em> Mention extracted from text<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>tweets_id\tbegin\tend\ttype\textraction\n1357198223706894339\t12\t19\tENFERMEDAD\talergia\n1357198223706894339\t21\t26\tENFERMEDAD\tcovid\n<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CodaLab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Predictions for each subtask should be contained in a single .tsv (tab-separated values) file. This file (and only this file) should be compressed into a .zip file. Please upload this zip file as a submission. It goes from Submitted -&gt; Running -&gt; Finished. Scores should be available in the files. You can choose to submit your best scores to the Leaderboard.<\/li><li>To view results : Results -&gt; Click on Task -&gt; View results in table<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be allowed to make unlimited submissions during the validation stage.
