{"id":79,"date":"2023-01-27T11:21:54","date_gmt":"2023-01-27T10:21:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/temu.bsc.es\/medprocner\/?page_id=79"},"modified":"2023-05-13T10:23:57","modified_gmt":"2023-05-13T08:23:57","slug":"submission","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/temu.bsc.es\/medprocner\/submission\/","title":{"rendered":"submission"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Submission<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>This page includes two parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/temu.bsc.es\/medprocner\/submission#sub_instructions\">Submission Instructions<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/temu.bsc.es\/medprocner\/submission#sub_format\">Submission Format<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sub_instructions\">Submission Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To submit your results, (1)&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/participants-area.bioasq.org\/accounts\/register\">register at BioASQ<\/a>&nbsp;website and (2), follow the following instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A<\/strong>. Up to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">5 submissions per sub-track<\/span> will be allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B<\/strong>. You must submit&nbsp;<strong>ONE SINGLE&nbsp;<\/strong>ZIP file with the following structure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>One subdirectory per subtask&nbsp;<\/strong>in which you are participating.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In addition, in the parent directory, you must add a&nbsp;<strong>README<\/strong>&nbsp;file with your contact details and a really short explanation of your system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have more than one system, you can include their predictions and we will evaluate them (<strong>up to 5 prediction runs<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For each prediction run:\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must include a single\u00a0<strong>tab-separated file<\/strong>\u00a0(.TSV) with your predictions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your .TSV file <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">must include headers<\/span> (see Submission Instructions below to know which ones to add depending on the task)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have more than one system, include&nbsp;<strong>one tab-separated file for each system<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have more than one system, name the tab-separated files with&nbsp;<strong>numbers and<\/strong>&nbsp;a more or less recognizable&nbsp;<strong>name<\/strong>. Keep in mind that only one .ZIP file is allowed. Uploading a new one will replace the previous one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sub_format\">Submission Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All submissions must be done using .TSV files. These are the columns you must provide for each sub-track:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sub-track 1 (MedProcNER-Entities)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>filename<\/em>: Name of the file from which the procedure mention has been extracted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>label<\/em>: In this case it will always be PROCEDIMIENTO<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>start_span<\/em>: Character number where the detected mention starts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>end_span<\/em>: Character number where the detected mention ends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>text<\/em>: Mention extracted from text<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sub-track 2 (MedProcNER-Normalization)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>filename<\/em>: Name of the file from which the procedure mention has been extracted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>label<\/em>: In this case it will always be PROCEDIMIENTO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>start_span<\/em>: Character number where the detected mention starts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>end_span<\/em>: Character number where the detected mention ends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>text<\/em>: Mention extracted from text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>code<\/em>: List of Snomed-CT concept codes linked to the mention. If there is more than one code associated with a mention, they will be concatenated by the symbol \u201c+\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sub-track 3 (MedProcNER-Indexing)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>filename<\/em>: Name of each file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>code<\/em>: List of Snomed-CT concept codes proposed to index the document.
