{"id":202,"date":"2021-04-21T08:41:58","date_gmt":"2021-04-21T06:41:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/temu.bsc.es\/meddoprof\/?p=202"},"modified":"2021-04-22T14:08:03","modified_gmt":"2021-04-22T12:08:03","slug":"submission-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/temu.bsc.es\/meddoprof\/submission-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Submission"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Submission instructions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>5 submissions per sub-track will be allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must submit <strong>ONE SINGLE <\/strong>ZIP file with the following structure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>One subdirectory per subtask <\/strong>in which you are participating.&nbsp;<\/li><li>In addition, in the parent directory, you must add a <strong>README.txt<\/strong> file with your contact details and a really short explanation of your system.<\/li><li>If you have more than one system, you can include their predictions and we will evaluate them (<strong>up to 5 prediction runs<\/strong>).<\/li><li>MEDDOPROF-NER and MEDDOPROF-CLASS:&nbsp;<ul><li>You must include the <strong>Brat annotation files<\/strong> (.ANN) with your predictions.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>One annotation file per document.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><li>If you have more than one system, create <strong>sub-directories<\/strong> inside the MEDDOPROF-NER and MEDDOPROF-CLASS directories. One subdirectory per system.&nbsp;<\/li><li>If you have more than one system, name the subdirectories with <strong>numbers and<\/strong> a recognizable <strong>name<\/strong>. For example, 1-systemDL and 2-systemlookup<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>MEDDOPROF-NORM:<ul><li>You must include the <strong>tab-separated file<\/strong> with your predictions.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>One single file with all the predictions.<\/strong><\/li><li>With a <strong>.tsv<\/strong> file extension.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>If you have more than one system, include <strong>one tab-separated file for each system<\/strong>.<\/li><li>If you have more than one system, name the tab-separated files with <strong>numbers and<\/strong> a more or less recognizable <strong>name<\/strong>.
