{"id":60,"date":"2023-01-26T15:28:01","date_gmt":"2023-01-26T14:28:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/temu.bsc.es\/meddoplace\/?page_id=60"},"modified":"2023-04-04T12:17:56","modified_gmt":"2023-04-04T10:17:56","slug":"task-info","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/temu.bsc.es\/meddoplace\/task-info\/","title":{"rendered":"Task Info"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MEDDOPLACE Task Info<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>MEDDOPLACE challenges participants to create systems for <strong>four subtasks<\/strong>: <strong>(a)<\/strong> location and location-related entities detection; <strong>(b)<\/strong> entity normalization\/geocoding to GeoNames, PlusCodes and SNOMED CT (depending on entity type); <strong>(c)<\/strong> location entity classification and <strong>(d) <\/strong>end-to-end evaluation of detection, normalization and classification. Participants are free to create their systems in any way they want, be it systems specific for only one task or end-to-end systems to solve all tasks. Creative solutions are encouraged.
