Publications<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The MEDDOPLACE proceedings, as well participant papers, will be posted in this page after their publication. IberLEF 2023 Proceedings including the description of the participating systems will be published at CEUR-WS.org, while the Task Overviews will be published in the journal Natural Language Processing<\/em> (http:\/\/www.sepln.org\/en\/journal<\/a>, indexed in Clarivate ESCI and Elsevier SJR) in its September 2023 issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants who decide to write a system description must follow these guidelines provided by the IberLEF organizers to ensure uniformity:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– System description papers should be formatted according to the uniform 1-column CEURART style<\/strong>. Latex and Word templates can be found in: https:\/\/ceur-ws.org\/Vol-XXX\/CEURART.zip<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The minimum length of a regular paper should be 5 pages. There is no maximum page limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Papers must be written in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The copyright year command must be changed to \\copyrightyear{2023}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– The conference command must be changed to \\conference{IberLEF 2023, September 2023, Ja\u00e9n, Spain}<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Eliminate the numbering in the pages of the paper, if there is one, and make sure that there are no headers or footnotes, except the mandatory copyright as a footnote on the first page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Authors should be described with their name and their full affiliation (university and country). Names must be complete (no initials), e.g.\u00a0 \u201cMar\u00eda Garc\u00eda\u201d instead of \u201cM. Garc\u00eda\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Titles of papers should be in emphatic capital English notation, i.e., “Filling an Author Agreement by Autocompletion” rather than “Filling an author agreement by autocompletion”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– At least one author of each paper must sign the CEUR copyright agreement. The signed form must be sent along with the paper to the task organizers. Important: it must be physically signed with pen on paper<\/strong>. These are the two agreement variants, select the one that fits your case.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (NTP)<\/a>: Authors shall use this form if they included no copyrighted third party material in their paper text (or accompanying sources, datasets). This is the right variant in most cases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (TP)<\/a>: Authors shall use this form if they did include copyrighted third party material in their paper or accompanying material. They must then also attach a copy of the permission by the third party to use this material in the signed author agreement!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    – In the field Name and year of the event <\/strong>of the CEUR agreement should be written: IberLEF 2023. In the field Editors of the proceedings (editors)<\/strong>, the following names must appear: Manuel Montes-y-G\u00f3mez, Francisco Rangel, Salud Mar\u00eda Jim\u00e9nez-Zafra, Marco Casavantes, Bego\u00f1a Altuna, Miguel \u00c1ngel \u00c1lvarez Carmona, Gemma Bel-Enguix, Luis Chiruzzo, Iker de la Iglesia, Hugo Jair Escalante, Miguel \u00c1ngel Garc\u00eda-Cumbreras, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Garc\u00eda-D\u00edaz, Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel G\u00f3nzalez Barba, Roberto Labadie Tamayo, Salvador Lima, Pablo Moral, Flor Miriam Plaza del Arco, Rafael Valencia-Garc\u00eda<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    – You must reference the overview paper in your paper. The reference to cite the overview paper is the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      – The deadline to submit the working notes is: June 14th 2023. You will receive your paper review and acceptance notification by June 26th 2023.
